At Microsoft, I lead the worldwide Customer Success organization for Modern Work, overseeing a portfolio contributing over $280 billion in ARR and impacting 5,000+ enterprise accounts across 100 countries. My leadership focuses on accelerating adoption, driving value realization, and enabling measurable business outcomes for products like Microsoft Copilot. As the fastest-growing product in Microsoft’s history, Copilot adoption grew from General Availability (GA) to 2.4 million seats under my leadership.

My role emphasizes aligning cross-functional teams across regions to ensure consistent execution and global scalability. I operationalized frameworks to help customers articulate ROI, demonstrating the value of AI-driven solutions in achieving strategic goals. Additionally, I created the Leadership Operating Committee (LOC) to codify lessons learned, refine strategies, and enhance team readiness for future challenges. With increasing pressure to drive Copilot usage and respond to senior leadership demands, I reduced administrative burdens by streamlining internal processes while ensuring teams remained focused on delivering results.
